This is a place you absolutely have to stay at least once. An early 20th-century building with an inner courtyard that brings back childhood memories. An insanely stylish apartment in the spirit of an intellectual–creative owner, where everything is thought through down to the smallest detail. The hosts have taken care of every little thing you could possibly want or think of. The location is perfect — everything is nearby and within walking distance. The only thing to note: if you’re traveling without a man, keep in mind it’s the 3rd floor and there’s no elevator. But that’s typical for buildings from this period and is more than compensated by everything else. The hosts are always in touch and proactively reach out with genuine care and suggestions.

Everything was perfect! The apartment was very clean, well-equipped and in a fantastic location. The beds were comfortable and all amenities were provided. The welcome gifts were a nice touch. Highly recommended!

The property was absolutely wonderful. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the city center, yet quiet and comfortable. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, very cozy, and truly feels like home. It’s filled with light, both natural and thoughtfully designed ambient lighting, which adds to the warm atmosphere. It’s equipped with everything you could possibly need, and even more. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering great recommendations for places to eat, relax, and explore. He checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was perfect, and even went the extra mile by setting up a Christmas playlist on the Bluetooth speaker before our arrival and leaving us a few lovely surprises. The property is located at a busy intersection, so one of the three bedrooms can be a bit noisy; however, this was a minor issue. The other rooms face an interior area, making them much quieter and more peaceful.

We were very happy to stay at this place. The hosts are very kind and pleasant people. The apartment was perfectly prepared for our arrival. The apartment is very cozy, and everything is thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details: multiple lighting options, beautiful design, and little touches that bring joy and make life easier. We will definitely stay at their place again. Thank you for such a cozy and welcoming stay!

Alex’e ve arkadaşlarına dost canlısı yaklaşımları ve sunduğu imkanlar için teşekkür ederiz. Evde her şey düşünülmüştü ve düzenliydi. İkramlar, hediyeler gibi ufak jestleri vardı. Ayrıca eve girişide çok kolaydı. Belgrada geldiğinizde kesinlikle konaklamanız gereken bir yer.

Perfect location for walking, sites, restaurants, shopping, museums and public transportation. The apartment was roomy and clean and the host responded immediately to any question. Totally recommend and we will be back!

Her şey çok güzeldi. Ev aynı fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi. Merkezi ve çoğu yere yakın. Temizlik konusunda endişeniz olmasın. Ev düzenli temiz ve sıcaktı. Ayrıca alexin hazırladığı rehber ve önerileri çok yardımcı oldu. Hiç araştırmamıza gerek kalmadan her şeyi kolayca halledebildik. Ayrıca alexin her konuda hemen dönüş sağlaması ve küçük jestleri de çok düşünceliydi. Bir daha belgrad'a gelirsem kalacağım yer kesinlikle belli ☺️☺️☺️

Highly recommended! This place is just cross the main square. House was clean, tidy, and lots of stuff which you may need. Every detail had been arranged before. Great communication with hosts; Alex and Kristi helped for everything. Big thanks to them. They are also proactive, they had sent every info we may need beforehand. So if are looking for a place, just book this place, you won't regret.

Fiyat/Performans olarak Belgrad’da daha iyi bir yer bulabileceğinizi düşünmüyorum. Evdeki pastel renkler ve ışıklar sanki kendi evinizdeymiş gibi hissettiriyor. Şehir merkezine yürüyerek 10-12 dakikada ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Üç ayrı yatak olması da kalabalık gruplar için rahat bir yaşam alanı sunuyor. Alex ise o bu işi o kadar iyi biliyor ki her gün mesajlar atarak soru sormamıza fırsat dahi vermedi☺️ (Ufak sürprizler fiyata dahil) İlgi ve alakasıyla güzel bir konaklama sağladığı için Alex’e çok teşekkür ederiz❤️
