Lokacija izvrsna, stan ima obezbedjen parking, lako je doci sa svih strana a i odlaziti u bilo kojem pravcu, zgrada ima u prizemlju recepciju i obezbedjenje, pristup je kontrolisan, jednom rjecju postoji bezbjednost i sigurnost tokom boravka, miran kraj, uredno se odrzavaju ulice i parkovi, a u blizini ima raznih ugostiteljskih objekata i drugih djatnosti…sto se lolacije tice u pitanju je najnovija gradnja u djelu grada zvan Beograd na vodi i tu nema zamjerki. Sto se samog stana tice, isti je cist i konforan sa svim pratecim sadrzajima, istakao bih dvije terase, sa kojih je dobar pogled, kako danju tako i po noci, nemamo zamjerki na urednost i enterijer. Stanodavac tj domacin je ljubazan i susrerljiv. Istakli bi njihovu paznju i dobronamjernost, prilikom izlaska zaboravili smo peglu na paru u ladici i oni su nas odmah obavjestili o tome pa smo se vratili po istu i zahvalni smo im na tome. We have visited Belgrade before and were happy to come back again. This apartment was fantastic! very clean, cozy and super comfortable. The host was very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment is located right in the center. One of the best places we've stayed in Belgrade. We would be happy to stay here again. It was so cute and felt so homie. When we got there they gave us so much extra stuff that I have never experienced like a luggage scale, miceller water, wipes, q tips, water, tide pods, etc. It was an overall amazing stay. The beds were super comfy and clean as well. They even gave us snacks and a gift at the end. Nothing

Apartment was lovely; very clean, comfortable and cosy. We enjoyed the balcony view and beds were super comfortable. Would definitely recommend it to Belgrade visitors. Everything was great, no complaints at all!

Everything was great! Alex and Kristina were such a great hosts! The apartment is modern, very artistic and spacious. You have everything you need! There was even an empty canvas and they allowed my son to draw something which turned out to be so nice, he had to take it :) Super nice touch! The location was perfect but be aware of the red zone for parking if you are by car. Luckily we were during Easter, so parking was for free. Nothing, all good.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment and can confidently say it’s one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. The style of the apartment is very thoughtfully designed, with beautiful decor that makes the space feel truly cozy and inviting. We especially loved the many candles, which create a warm and relaxing atmosphere in the evenings. The apartment was spotlessly clean — everything was absolutely perfect upon arrival, which immediately made us feel comfortable and well cared for. It’s clear the host puts a lot of thought and effort into every detail. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with everything you might need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner, which made our stay even more convenient. A special mention goes to the host — truly the best host we’ve ever had. Very attentive, always available, and ready to help with anything. Everything exceeded our expectations. We would gladly stay here again!

Incredible attention to details by the hosts. I think there is NOTHING you will need that is not in the apartment already. Beautiful house, super clean, well decorated and with most convenient location.

We had a wonderful night in a gorgeous house and we want to return as soon as possible. Many thanks to our host, you were so kind and thoughtful. We stayed with a group of seven friends and the house was perfectly adequate. They were very helpful with everything, thank you again for everything. See you soon :)

Konumu çok iyi, eve girince tertemiz bir ev sizi karşılıyor, giriş son derece kolay, biz 5 kişi kaldık 3 oda olması iki wc olması tercihimiz di, evden çıkınca çevrede her şey var, dışarıdan görünüşe aldanmayın içi çok iyi, size yardım edecek tüm bilgileri ev sahibi gönderiyor, hepsi çok işe yarıyor,evde piyano ve gitar var biz piyano ve gitar çalarak çok güzel vakit geçirdik. bir daha gelirsek yine burda kalıcaz. Ev sahibine teşekkürler. Ufak tefek eksik olabilir, ama hiç biri sorun değil.

Jedan od najlepsih smestaja u kojima sam bila, odusevljena sam. Veliki prostran stan, sa prelepim enterijerom i odlicnom lokacijom, u samom centru grada. Sigurno cu ga izjamiti ponovo, topla preporuka!
